Three Countries, Two People, One Magical SF Wedding

Brie and Andrew met at a friend’s wedding in Mexico. Brie lived in Southern California, and Andrew was a resident of the United Kingdom. To make matters even more complicated, Brie had brought a date to the wedding in Mexico!

But somehow, by the end of this wedding weekend, Brie knew it was time to say goodbye to Mr. Wrong and hello to Andrew! The two dated long distance for eighteen months before they were finally able to put everything in place for their international destination wedding at San Francisco City Hall. Let me tell you, there were definitely a lot of tears of joy. Brie was overwhelmed that this journey was finally over…and beginning with the two of them together at last.

Brie had really put a ton of effort into planning every second of this day, from the “first look” down to the flowers, special mementos, and the second half of their romantic couples portraits at The Palace of Fine Arts. Andrew has a larger-than-life personality ( I can see how he stood out from the crowd!) and was playing pranks all day. At one point, he got the San Francisco Police in on the whole shoot, with a shot of them grabbing them both by the arm as if they were going to be carted away! The nice officer gave me his card and asked for a copy:)
