Hi, I'm really glad that you're here. Once upon a time, I was planning a wedding, just like you are, and it was a pretty terrifying experience. I didn't have a big budget, but I did have fifty relatives to feed and entertain. I didn't know who to turn to for help, or which vendors I could trust, let alone afford. I felt helpless and worried about being embarrassed or judged. Coincidentally, I had just enrolled in a respected college for wedding photography. That program set me on the path to my life's work – helping people get married in the most positive way possible. To me, that means it's affordable, beautiful, and an experience to be proud of. Whether it's a big wedding or an elopement, these principles guide me.

That's why I built this company—the very one I always dreamed of working for. When I first started working, I'd attend wedding venues, not knowing who the couple's officiant, hair and makeup artist, florist, or videographers were. Today, I can't imagine working that. My team and I are a close-knit group, working with warmth, trust, and commitment to bringing your vision to life. Our couples notice how their wedding team members help each other get the best shots, communicate, and share a genuine bond. We've all worked together many times, which is something unique to us.

Alongside my incredible partner, Shawn, who shares my love for fitness, travel, and community, Rachel Levine Wedding Planning and Photography supports Muttville Senior Dog Rescue and plants a tree for every couple who books with us through One Tree Planted.
