LEGION OF HONOR MUSEUM

If you love vintage architecture, this stunning museum built in 1924 will steal your heart. It Features two covered outdoor porticos with tall white marble pillars that are an excellent "plan B" if it rains on your elopement day. Sunny days are also lovely here, and you can enjoy the manicured grassy lawn, carved stone fencing, and the statue garden if you are there during the museum's open hours. Perfect views of the Golden Gate Bridge are only minutes away at the Eagles Point.
PALACE OF FINE ARTS

The Palace Of Fine Arts is wonderful for elopement weddings, and intimate weddings of up to thirty guests. Built in 1915, this unique venue includes a lagoon with a flowing fountain, manicured grassy lawns, and impressive architecture. Paths for strolling the grounds and gardens make it easy to navigate. The Palace Of Fine Arts sits across the street from Crissy Field, and you can drive across the street for views of the Golden Gate Bridge as part of your photography portfolio.

SAN FRANCISCO BOTANICAL GARDENS

Located within Golden Gate Park, the Botanical Garden allows you to obtain a permit for one of the many beautiful wedding locations it provides. Large weekend weddings with seating and smaller pop-elopements both work here. You can also walk in, and for the $15 entry fee, you'll stroll through 55 acres of gardens from every corner of the globe, perfect for wedding or engagement photography.
